"Thank you Marshall and too all that i talked to on the phone and to all that were at the shop. I was on my way back home to va. when i had a flat tire. I called Collier Harley Davidson. and Marshall Collier, his brother and a friend were there to pick up my bike and me. "Just picked up my 2010 FXDC Saturday 12/12/09 and gotta tell ya the accessories that I put on it were nothing but Fantastic. Vine/Hines big shots, staggered, Stage 1 Screaming Eagle air intake with Power commander. Low sissy bar, detachable windshield, highway pegs billet, along with matching rider/passanger pegs. Tommy, AJ, Mike and Vince, and of course Amy, you guys are the best. From the get go everyone was friendly and honest. Any questions I had were answered and at no time was there any BS thrown at me. I have not been riding for 25 years because of a wreck I had along time ago with 3 small children, well their grown, so time to get back into the saddle. From the get go everyone at Collier were just fantastic. Wish I could've rode it home Saturday, but I won't go into why not (Most everyone knows why :-) )! Again thanks a million for everything and I am defintely going nowhere else for anything for my bike. My son is biting at the bit, so maybe another sale for ya soon. "Well he did it he said he would look out for me when i got ready for my next bike,"#3" from Collier HD.Just like the last two the wife and i had just rode up for the day to visit and there it sat, a 2003 ultra classic,now if you go back further in the testimonials you will see that we had been thinking about an ultra for awhile now.I have said in the past that i would never buy a used bike, but if you had seen this one it was not your typical used bike,and Mark and Tommy put my mind at ease on this one,plus i knew Collier would stand behind this bike just like he always has!!! I have to be honest Marshall really didn't have alot to do with this sell you see i was there early in the morning,ha ha, if you know Marshall you know what i'm talking about.The bike has been everything i thought it would be,and everything they said it was.Only problem the wife doesn't want to ride the wide glide anymore said something about the difference in sitting on a kotex -vs- a lazy boy. If you are thinking of a new bike you owe it to yourself to check Collier HD out you will not find a better place or people to deal with!!!"

"I bought a 2009 Ultra from these guys about 3 weeks ago. There are 5 dealers closer to me than Collier but I can assure you that it's worth the drive. Tommy Thompson is without doubt the straightest Harley salesman that I have ever dealt with. No BS, did every thing he said he would do when he said he would do it!! Made an appointment last Friday at 1pm to get the 1000 mile check done and pipes installed. Was told it would take 2 hours- bike went in the shop at 1:02 and rolled out the door ready to go at 2:58. Thats close enough for me. The other big plus for this dealership over all the others that I frequent, is the owner. He's always there!! I've dealt with 5 other dealerships on a regular basis and don't know what the owner looks like at any of them. It does make a difference. These guys can count on my business from now on!"

"Last weekend [Memorial Day ] I was travleing back from Rolling Thunder and developed bike trouble along the highway. I stopped and called your dealership and talked to Mary. Mary told me if I could make it there that her service dept. would be more than happy to help me. I made it to your place and Mary introduced me to Bryan and he said he would get to work right away. He worked on my bike for about an hour and a half while keeping me posted on the progress the whole time. "My friend and I had been searching for the right bike, deal, and dealership for over a year in the Washington DC, Maryland, and northern Virginia area. Traveling south on vacation, he saw the Collier sign off of Interstate 95 and decided to stop by. After talking to Brian, my friend called to say we got to go to Collier. My first visit and I was hooked. The whole staff at the dealership went beyound customer service. They treated his family and mine like family members. I met the owner, the daughter, the grandson, even saw the greatgrandson being carried through the dealership along with the great staff at collier. Felt like I had been doing business with them since the first day the business was started. Because of this great experanice with collier, we both brought 07'Deluxes. " My wife and I would like to thank you all for a great experience purchasing our first bike from your dealership. We shopped around at many dealerships in the Richmond Virginia area before making the trip to Colliers. We visited your dealership on October 7th and discussed purchasing a bike with Tommy Thompson. After returning home we decided to put a down payment on a bike.I worried if we made the right decision by not buying locally. After returning to Colliers to pick up our bike which just happened to be on the day of the customer Christmas party (the food was great), I stopped worrying. The deal we got was far better than we were quoted locally. The people we dealt with were genuine and straight forward they went the extra mile for us which made the extra miles we traveled well worth it. Please let Tommy Thompson, Robbie Dunn, know how much we appreciated the help picking the right bike, and the right parts. Tommy Lamm was a big help with choosing the right finance options and Amy in Motorclothes went out of her way to get everything we wanted in the right size. Everyone we spoke to treated us like we were olld friends. My brother in law told me go down to Colliers, you can’t beat their prices. After our experience I realized that the price wasn’t all that you can’t beat!

"My wife and I made the trip to Collier's to finalize the purchase of my 2007 HERTIGAGE SOFTAIL CLASSIC on the 30th of September 2006. As stated by my wife she has never met or delth with such a professional salesman as Mr. Tommy Thompson and the Business Manager, Mr. Tommy Lamb. The complete team of associates at Collier's are to be commended for their professional attitudes, they go completely out of their way to ensure the customer is completely satified prior to them walking out the door. We've made a couple trips back since purchasing the HD to purchase accessories, once we made the purchase my wife's boots had to be special ordered, due to me being in a hurry to leave I forgot to have the boots shipped directly to our address. Once the boots came in the salesperson called and asked when I could pick up, I explained that due to my in attention to detail on that sunday I had forgotten to inquire about having the items shipped direct. Collier's took care of the shipping cost and sent them over night. The package arrrived the next afternoon and my wife couldn't be any happier. IN CLOSING AS I STATED ABOVE ARWE TO BE COMMENDED. THEY ARE TRUELY PROFESSIONALS. I WOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE THEM WORK FOR ME."

"Having bought my first HOG a 1989 Heritage Softail off of eBay, I was very distraught to learn that the seller had lied about the condition and mileage. After taking the bike into Mary Cummings and Brian Spacek for a service an evaluation I learned that the bike would need a new (remanufactured) engine from Harley Davidson, as well as several other "new" parts.
Normally this would have been an incredibly disheartening experience, especially since I had previously owned two Gold Wings that never required more than an oil change.
Most would probably have scrapped the bike. However, with Mary & Brian's help and assistance the bike was redelivered to them and within a few weeks and many dollars later (smile), I was riding a brand new "1989" Heritage Softail.
The service team at Collier is definitely in a league of their own, both professionally and personally and their attention to detail is second to none!!!
I made several trips back which is 200 miles round trip simply for the level of serivce, knowledge and caring everyone receives from the Collier HD staff.
Of course it doesn't hurt that Mary is very easy on the eyes either and always has a warm, friendly smile. (Big smile).

"I have entered your showroom on two occasions at your new facility. Each visit you had at least 5 employees in the showroom. I never got a hell'o, can we help you?, or a go to hell during my 2 - 15 min. visits. I was the only one in the showroom. "I brought my 2006 Classic in for an oil cooler installation and was exceptionally pleased with how I was treated. I had never had any service preformed there previously, and I must say the staff was great. Everyone was highly courteous and professional. The Parts department ordered the needed parts when I called earlier, and they were all in stock for my appointment. I was treated like I had been a regular customer for years. "been riding harleys since i was 10 years old 53 now a lotta water under the bridge . you can shop many places but there anint not place like home. thats the ecu education for me. first one was a 50 cc with three speed on the handlebars. wore out 5 of them. 1971 sportster that i polished more than i rode . 83 sportster that collier taught me that to ride is better than polish. with a little help from friend ray rooke we went to pennsylvania, darlington drags and having marshall along for the ride was better than mr goodwrench will ever dream of. now i have a 2001 fatboy and 2005 sportster and probably am getting ready to buy something else with a little more thump.son and daughter both are hooked. if you have ever heard that you get the best deals and best service from a family owned business colliers is the one . they have harley in their blood and they are passing it on for more

"Hey!!!!!!!!! Maybe communication with me and Collier got a little rocky at moments, but it was probably just me. I have come to realize that a Harley is all that.
However, my ride arrived and oh boy, FAT BOY that is, is one Tough-eye catching-sound blasting-show stopper-performane MACHINE!
This is my second Harley. My first (my daughter Harli) is turning nine on Monday and I'm glad and blown away to add our newest "Fat Boy" to our family.

"We were job/house hunting in your neighborhood in late June 05. Part of this ritual involves the Local HOG groups. On 6/25 we were greated by Marshall, after hours I should add. He was tremdously friendly and helpful. By helpful he helped us to decide RR was the place to move to (from Toledo, OH!).

My buddies and I were in the area last weekend for a softball tournament and went to Texas Steakhouse for a beer and some grub. This is where we met the terrific girls from Collier HD. There was a whole table full of Collier Gals and one super lucky guy. Kristie and Hazel you both are awsome GALS. Next time we're in the area we will make sure to make the dealership a stoppin point.

"ON MY WAY TO FLORIDA, I SEE A SIGN THAT SAYS "COLLIER H-D" EXIT HERE. SO I DID. I DRIVE ABOUT 5 MILES FROM I95 AND PULL UP TO THIS SMALL DEALERSHIP. I THOUGHT I HAD WASTED MY TIME. BUT...WAS I WRONG! THIS PLACE HAD MORE STUFF IN IT THAN MY HOMETOWN DEALER. AND TALK ABOUT FRIENDLY FOLKS, YOU COULDN'T FIND ANY BETTER. AS SOON AS I OPENED THE DOOR AND STEPPED IN I WAS GRACIOUSLY WELCOMED AND ASKED TO MAKE MYSELF AT HOME BY A SUPER GIRL WHO HAS BEAUTIFUL LONG BLACK HAIR. (My fault didn't get her name) EVERYONE AT THIS PLACE MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS A LONG TIME REGULAR AND NOT JUST A $$$. "We stopped on our way back from Daytona Bike Week 2005 to relax some after the long trip home. I have never in all my years of motorcycles have I felt so at home at a dealership so far away. The ladies in the sales area are not only beautiful, but they know there products, bikes and have the nicest personalities I have ever seen. They spent a lot of time with both myself and my girlfriend. I wish that this dealer was in my back yard instead of 350 miles away. My hats are off to this dealer and his employees. Harley!!! Take notice of this dealer and use it as a refrence for future dealers. I will see all of you when I head south for Biketoberfest this year.
